Second Level Basic Course

Basic Course
The CAS Coaching Practitioner is a fundamental training for counseling and coaching. Target group are persons with consulting functions as in HR, social work and management consultants. Managers who want enlarge their tool box are also welcome. It is the entry into the Master Curriculum MAS Coaching.
As CAS Coaching / Mentoring Practitioner, we offer the course in a slightly modified form also in English.

Second Level
Focus of the CAS Coaching in Organisations is design, management and implementation of coaching processes in the organizational environment of companies and institutions. Coaches with an undergraduate counseling training from an other university or training firm can use this either as an entry in the Master Curriculum and / or choose it as a standalone module their training portfolio.

Third Level
In the master curriculum you can put your main emphasis either more on an extended latitude (CAS Coaching Advanced) or focusing on the coaching of managers (CAS Executive Coaching). Both CAS standalone are also suitable for coaches and consultants with a previous solid training.

Graduation Course
The authorization for CAS MAS thesis is given to students, who have at least completed the third level course. Other trainings and studies in process consulting and coaching we acknowledge with up to 15 ECTS. The graduate is facing in its MAS Thesis an independent science-based discussion in the context of person-process consulting in a professional field (Professional Coaching).
